Welcome to Valentine Tours! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking any tours. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Valentine Tours’ website and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A minimum payment of 50% is required in advance to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the day of travel.
- We accept payments through the methods displayed on our website.
- Prices are quoted in FJD/USD and include applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees.
- Additional charges may apply if the pickup location falls outside our standard service areas. We generally cover hotels in the Nadi area and the Coral Coast, depending on the tour. Please review the tour information carefully before booking and select the correct pickup option.
3. Book Now Pay Later
- Customers may choose our Book Now, Pay Later option to reserve a tour or activity.
- Full payment must be made at least 1 month in advance of the tour or service date to secure the booking.
- If payment is not received by the required deadline, the booking will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
- Please note that some tours and activities are fast-selling and we strongly recommend booking and paying in advance to avoid disappointment.
- If you choose the Book Now, Pay Later option, availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
- We will not be held responsible if your selected tour, activity, or preferred date becomes unavailable due to delayed payment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our website’s contact form.
Refund Eligibility
- Full refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer date are eligible for a full refund.
- No refund: Cancellations made within 0 to 20 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer date will incur a 100% cancellation fee; no refund will be provided.
- Third‑party tours: Refund policies for tours operated by other providers may differ. Please review the operator’s terms carefully before booking.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your cancellation request. Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Unforeseen Circumstances (e.g., weather)
If Valentine Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose one of the following:
- Rescheduling to a new available date, or
- An insurance letter issued for your claim with your insurer.
5. Health and Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in our tours.
- Valentine Tours accepts no liability for injury, illness, or loss incurred during the tour.
- Travelers must follow all safety instructions given by tour guides and staff.
6. Liability
- Valentine Tours operates most tours directly but may also sell tours conducted by other local operators.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Valentine Tours website, such as Fleet & Our travellers images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Valentine Tours.
- No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Fiji.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nadi or Suva.
