Welcome to Valentine Tours! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking any tours. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.<\/div>

1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/div>
By using Valentine Tours\u2019 website and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.<\/div>

2. Booking and Payment<\/strong><\/div>
All bookings are subject to availability.<\/div>
A minimum payment of 50% is required in advance to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the day of travel.<\/div>
We accept payments through the methods displayed on our website.<\/div>
Prices are quoted in FJD\/USD and include applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees.<\/div>
Additional charges may apply if the pickup location falls outside our standard service areas. We generally cover hotels in the Nadi area and the Coral Coast, depending on the tour. Please review the tour information carefully before booking and select the correct pickup option.<\/div>

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/div>
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our website\u2019s contact form.<\/div>

Refund Eligibility<\/strong><\/div>
Full refund:<\/strong> Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer date are eligible for a full refund.<\/div>
No refund:<\/strong> Cancellations made within 0 to 20 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer date will incur a 100% cancellation fee; no refund will be provided.<\/div>
Third\u2011party tours:<\/strong> Refund policies for tours operated by other providers may differ. Please review the operator\u2019s terms carefully before booking.<\/div>

Processing Time<\/strong><\/div>
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your cancellation request. Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/div>
