Valentine Tours Fiji came in existences in 2008 and is now becoming a Premier Tourist Transportation and Inbound Tour Operator in the Fiji market. Founded by Subarmani Pillay who have over 20 years of experience in the Fiji Tourism Sector. PRIVACY POLICY

Refund Policy for Valentine Tours Fiji At Valentine Tours Fiji, we understand that sometimes plans change and adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy to provide our guests with the flexibility they need while also maintaining fairness and efficiency in our booking and cancellation processes. Cancellation by Guests: 1. If a guest cancels their booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer, they are eligible for a full refund. 2. Any guest cancellation made within 0-20 hours prior to the scheduled tour or transfer will incur a 100% cancellation fee, meaning that no refund will be provided.

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a booking and request a refund, guests must contact our reservations team by email or phone, providing the booking reference number and the name under which the reservation was made. Our team will promptly process the request according to the timeline provided above.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving a valid refund request, our reservations team will submit it for approval to our accounts department. Once approved, we will issue a credit note and submit it to the associated bank to initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. The time frame for the refund to appear on your account statement is typically between 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Other Considerations: - Valentine Tours Fiji reserves the right to cancel tours or transfers due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (such as extreme weather conditions, unexpected operational difficulties, etc.). In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date for the tour/transfer or a full refund. - If a tour or transfer is cut short due to reasons attributable to the guest (such as illness, personal choice, behavior, etc.), no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the service. - Valentine Tours Fiji is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that a guest may incur as a result of a booked service's cancellation or alteration, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.

2.) Airport Meet & Greet:

Our friendly and helpful staffs wears Formal Bula white & red printed uniform with Valentine Tours Fiji Logo printed on it , together with black pants or skirt while displaying signs stating our Clients name, Agent's name and Agents Logo. Clients are briefed during exchange of vouchers, and then escorted to their transport to the hotel. Our staff will reconfirm client's onward services and will also help with general information, and other assistance required. They will also assist with lost luggage, amended flights etc, as well as any changes with regards to hotels or other services.

3.) 24 Hours Customer Care Services & Reservations:

Our Customer Care Agents & Reservations Teams have more than 8 years working experience and provide same day turnaround on quotations and bookings, handling guest's requests, solving guest complains and also have great knowledge and understanding of the Fiji Tourism Industry.
