We also have a wide range of transfer services from private deluxe camry to crown transfers and charter coach transfers. We are a Full Time Tour and Transport Operator, properly insured and open 24 hours.
 
1.) AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Once a reservation has been confirmed, our driver will pick you up at the agreed place or address. Our service is door-to-door to/from any address you specify and for International Flight Arrivals, a Meet & Greet service is provided free of charge (Our Meet & Greet Staff will wait for you holding a welcome Signage with your name, even if your flight is delayed). All our transfers are private and you will not share your vehicle with anybody else. We gladly accept credit card payment and, and cash option is available too. Prices are fixed regardless of traffic and deviations, so you will not risk to be overcharged by a taxi driver, depending on the issues that could affect your trip.
 
2.) AIRPORT MEET & GREET:
Our friendly and helpful staffs wears Formal Bula white & red printed uniform with Valentine Tours Fiji Logo printed on it , together with black pants or skirt while displaying signs stating our Clients name, Agent's name and Agents Logo. Clients are briefed during exchange of vouchers, and then escorted to their transport to the hotel.
Our staff will reconfirm client's onward services and will also help with general information, and other assistance required. They will also assist with lost luggage, amended flights etc, as well as any changes with regards to hotels or other services.

3.) 24 HOURS CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES & RESERVATIONS:
Our Customer Care Agents & Reservations Teams have more than 8 years working experience and provide same day turnaround on quotations and bookings, handling guest's requests, solving guest complains and also have great knowledge and understanding of the Fiji Tourism Industry.
